Exchange Policy

At Chaotic, every piece is crafted to reflect bold individuality. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are only accepted for size issues or damaged items received.

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or style preference.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item once the original is inspected and approved.

To request an exchange, please email us at wearchaotic@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and the reason for the exchange.
